How to Rename a File Created in Photoshop Through Data Sets

One of my workflows is to create name slides for a variety of projects. I figured out a way to do that easily in Photoshop. However, recently I had my C drive migrated to an SSD and somehow they erased all the settings I had in a variety of programs. I was not pleased.
